The KLEIN Pressure Vessel Conveyor SP-HL is designed for the continuous transport of dry, granular, and free-flowing bulk materials, such as quartz sand and similar products.
The SP-HL conveys material continuously in portions from the non-pressurized pre-chamber into the pressurized conveying line. Through extremely short filling phases and constant air supply to the line, a uniform and uninterrupted material flow is achieved. This eliminates the interruptions typical of conventional pressure vessel conveyors, which stop material flow to reduce pressure and refill the vessel.
