Pressure Vessel Conveyor S

The reliable conveyor for pneumatic transportation of dry and dusty bulk materials using the dense phase and dilute phase methods.
With the Pressure Vessel Conveyor Type S as an integrated component, we design and build systems including:

  • Feeding systems for reaction tanks, pickling baths, etc.

  • Dosing systems with pneumatic conveying.

  • Mixing plants for dusts.

  • Filter disposal systems.

  • Pneumatic conveying systems for desulfurization units.

  • Ladle and furnace loading systems.

  • Silo and conveying systems for the detergent industry.

  • Complete processing systems for construction materials, chemical, plastic, and glass industries, foundries, power plants, wastewater treatment plants, and oil refineries.

Process

Dense phase conveying is a discontinuous vessel conveying system operating alternately in “fill-convey” mode. A carrier gas (air) transports the bulk material from the pressure vessel conveyor through a pipeline to the receiver. As the material moves, the pressure in the conveying line decreases, causing the carrier gas to expand and the velocity to increase. The Pressure Vessel Conveyor S is particularly suitable for transporting dry and dusty bulk materials and is also effective for granulated products with high dust content.
Systems using this conveyor are fully enclosed, minimizing abrasion, degradation, segregation, and reactions. They are space-saving, low-maintenance, and operate quietly.

Advantages

  • Various inlet closures adapted to the respective conveyed material.

  • Large inlet cross-section: short filling time.

  • All electrical connections consolidated on a terminal strip for easy installation.

  • Robust valves used for control.

  • Wear- and maintenance-free: no moving parts in the conveyed material.

  • Especially maintenance-friendly.

  • Tandem-arranged pressure vessel conveyors enable continuous conveying, leading to significant energy savings over long distances.

  • Suitable for pneumatic conveying into pressurized containers; can also transport bulk materials into liquid baths or melts.

  • Available as a weighing container.

  • Performance-regulated conveying.

  • Customization of conveyor vessels for specific products and performance requirements.
